Postage & Deliveries
To avoid any unnecessary delays with your delivery, it is best to include both your email and phone number when placing your order. Tracking updates and couriers need these details if they are unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and will be despatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, (Monday to Friday - excluding Victorian public holidays). Warehouse located in Rowville, VIC 3152 (Melbourne).
We only deliver to Australia addresses.
Flat delivery charge of $8 per transaction Australia wide. Free delivery for orders above $70 (after discounts).
All orders are sent via either Australia Post, Couriers Please or Aramex.
All orders are sent with tracking numbers which will be emailed to you once we have processed your order. To ensure your order updates are received, please add email@example.com to your contact list. If you did not receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder. If you have trouble retrieving the tracking numbers please contact us.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the surge of online orders, couriers and Australia Post is experiencing delays. Please understand that transit times is beyond our control.

3 - 7 business days for delivery to metro locations in Australian Eastern states,
7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.
Haruharu Australia will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels incurred during the delivery process, delivery delays which are out of our control, or re-distributing parcels due to an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. This includes authority to leave or lost parcels.
Your parcel sender or communications may show Wen & Wen Pty Ltd or from wens.com.au. We are the company behind Haruharu Australia and the sole distributor of the brand in Australia. Rest assured, it is a legit transaction.
Uncollected parcels and incomplete or wrong address given may result in parcel being "Returned to Sender". In this instance, you can either pay $9 re-delivery fee or opt for refund. If you opt for refund, $9 will be deducted from your total paid even when you qualified for free delivery.
